There are 24-hour a day parties, shows, dancing, piano bars, live music, and yes, chocolate buffets. And there is always a challenging game of golf or one of the fitness centers available for a workout.
While you are staying at the Sandals Montego Bay, you have free access to the nearby Sandals Royal Caribbean Montego Bay Resort and all the activities and restaurants there. Transportation between the two resorts is included and free.

Sandals Montego Bay is the oldest of the Sandals resort franchise and was opened in 1981. It recently underwent a complete renovation and repainting for a new and pristine look.
Essentially, Sandals Montego Bay is for couples only, whether married or not. There are no children at Sandals Montego Bay. Singles are certainly permitted, but they would have the pay the price for two occupants. And it would be strange for a single person to be at a couples only resort.
For women, one or two swimsuits are a necessity. Bring a cover-up for wandering around the resort. For simply lounging around, pack some shorts and easy tops. Don’t forget a pair of sandals (no pun intended), sunglasses and sun hat and a beach bag to carry your stuff around. For more dress-up dining moments, a long, flowering maxi dress will serve you well.
Men should pack one or two pairs of shorts, a few T-shirts, and a pair of dress pants and a dress shirt (polo or button-down) for an elegant dinner. Like women, men need a sun hat, sunglasses, and comfortable shoes for strolling the beach.
